Steve is completing his 13th year here in VT and things are no more affordable now than they were then according to an article in today’s Free Press. According to this article, we couldn’t afford to live where we did when we got married even at that day’s rates, and probably can’t afford to live in our home (though rents are higher here than mortgages generally speaking). It’s amazing to me to think how much housing costs and how necessary it is. But it’s even more amazing to think how God has provided for us each and every step of the way, and we live here comfortably, despite the statistics. May he be praised for his provision!

    It is amazing what God can do. I always relate it to the “loaves and fishes”. He can spread such limited finances to accomplish so much. I have born witness to this all my life. He provides so well with so little. Alway “enough”.
